|Celebrating Achievement: Caregiver Entrepreneur Graduation Ceremony|

SEDCO wishes to congratulate 30 caregivers from social centers across Mbabane’s East and West Tinkhundla for successfully completing their entrepreneurship course. This followed a five-day workshop led by our trainer, Sibusiso Musi.

These caregivers represent communities in Mahwalala, Nkwalini, Msunduza, Mangwaneni, Fonteyn, Sidwashini, Makholokholo, Bahai, and SDA.We express our gratitude for the strong support and partnership from the Municipal Council Of Mbabane, which made this achievement possible.Expanding on prior training in cleaning product production, participants gained key business skills, including financial management and planning, to launch successful cooperatives and create jobs in their communities.

SEDCO CEO, Ms. Khethiwe Mhlanga, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I get excited when women work together as one, as this signifies economic growth for Eswatini. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the participants for making their dreams come alive as you venture into business, not just for your families, but for the growth of your communities. She added, “It is very important for you as women to take care of your individual health and well-being so that you are at your best at all times.”

Mbabane Municipal Council CEO, Ms. Gciniwe Fakudze, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the well-being of women in entrepreneurship and assuring them of the municipality’s continued support.

Also in attendance was the Mbabane Ward 9 Councillor, Velisiwe Manana, who commended the participants for their courage to start businesses for the betterment of their lives, stressing the importance of mutual support through buying products from one another.
