MBABANE – Director of Sizabantu Spares Sandile Maziya (58) from Buhleni has been crowned the regional winner of the Hhohho Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Sizabantu Spares is a company under Santhu Jozana Investment.
Maziya was crowned by Minister of Commerce, Industry, and Trade Manqoba Khumalo yesterday at Emafini Country Lodge.
Others are Sifiso Maseko of Africa Brand House for youth-owned, Dumsani Simelane of Melani Leather for handicrafts, Setsabile Mkhonta of Emahlungwane Grocery under retailer, Funeka Mdluli of Infinity Global under women-owned and Sihle Masina under agribusiness.
In a brief interview after the event, Maziya said he was looking forward to the National EYAAwards and he was optimistic to win the grand prize. He said his business had employed five people and it was making significant progress since it opened doors in 2018.
